If you believe that you have received a defective product, please contact our support for return procedures. If our inspection indicates a structural defect caused by our manufacture, then we will replace the diamond studs at no charge to you and pay for all shipping costs. If the defect or damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear, then we can repair your studs at a cost for you. You would be liable for shipping costs in this scenario.
